    Scroll down to "REQUEST AN EVENT"

    Click this dropdown. Select the event type that best represents your event. Commonly used for SU:\ Department and Academic Special Events\ Student Special Events\ Parking Lot Requests\ Conference Room Requests\ Summer Camps and Conferences\ Conservatory Forms (multiple) For anyone not affiliated with Shenandoah University:\ External Groups\ Summer Camps and Conferences The example being used is a Department and Academic Special Event, however, there are different questions on each request form. \ \ The meetings & locations section is the same on all forms.

    Click "Email Address" and fill out with your SU email address. Other email addresses will be automatically rejected.\ \ The only forms for a non-su email address are External Groups and Summer Camps and Conferences.

    Click "Event Name" and fill out your event name as it should appear on the website.

    Click "Event Description" and add a description as it should appear on the website.

    A Featured Event will appear in bold on the website.

    A Private Event will hide event details online. The event will be displayed as "private event" under the room only and will not appear on "Today's Events."

    Please estimate your attendance.

    If you are having food, please click yes. If you are unsure, you can mark yes.\ Aramark can provide catering menu options for your event as needed.

    If you are using your event for recruitment, please click yes.

    Select if you will have minors (anyone under 18 that is not enrolled at SU) on campus with your event.

    If you have a logo or image specific to your event, you may add it here, otherwise the SU logo will appear on your event.

    Under Meetings & Locations, select your start day.

    Select or type in your start time, for an all day event, skip this step.

    If your event is one day, your end date will match your start date. If you have a multiple day event you can repeat your event later.

    Add your end time.

    If you have an all day event, select YES instead of typing in your times.

    Once your days and times are set, please start the select room process. This process will ONLY show available rooms based on your dates and times of request.
