Log into Adobe Sign using your netid@rice.edu

Click **Workflows**, then **VPAA: Clock Extension Request for \[Faculty_Name\]**

VPAA: Clock Extension Request for [Faculty_Name]

Enter the department chair's email address.

Replace FACULTY_NAME with the faculty member's name.

Please make sure to fill out the request form before sending it to the next person in the workflow. Once the form is fully approved, use the [job aid](https://rice.app.box.com/s/r5arc4q8foixef0n9xq2e9srobucyjzd) to  submit the iO action.
