AgSense 365 | Using the Activity Tab

This guide shows how to use the Activity tab to quickly view and manage a device’s combined Readings and Commands in one place. You'll learn to filter, resize, change density, search by date or keyword, and adjust record counts for easier analysis. It also explains exporting options (reports or CSV) and the CSV behavior so you get the data you need for further review.

Navigate to <https://agsense365.com>

Click on a device card to open the detail view.

Click the "Activity" tab.

This tab will show a consolidated, side-by-side view of both Readings and Commands for this device.

Each Reading/Command will include a visual indicator as depicted below.

The toolbar provides filter and display options that allow you customize your view of the device data.

Check/Uncheck the boxes next to "Readings" and "Commands" to show and hide each section of the table.

Tip! By hiding the "Commands" section, this page will show the exact same data that used to appear on the "Readings" tab.

Use the horizontal scroll bar at the bottom of the table to see more data.

When both "Readings" and "Commands" are shown, slide the vertical separator to resize the width of the table.

Changing the density to "Compact" will reduce the height of each row and allow you to see more data on your screen without scrolling.

Use the "Records" field to change how many entries are shown in the table.

Looking for records from a certain day? Type a date in the search field to narrow your results.

You can also search for keywords related to specific commands or readings.

Click the "x" to clear your search criteria.

The "Generate Report" button allows you to run a Readings report, Command History report, or export the Activity table to a .CSV file for further analysis.

Tip! When you use the "Download CSV" option, the file is generated based on which sections are shown (Readings/Commands) and the number of records. Search filters do not carry through to the generated .CSV report.
