Click "Make a copy"

Click into cell 1 and fill out each column

Tip! Once you have filled out your 10X10 worksheet as much as possible you will download it as a csv. file. Follow the steps below to continue

Click "File"

Click "Comma Separated Values (.csv)"

Next login to your BoldTrail account

Click into the Omnisearch bar and type "import"

Click Lead Engine > Bulk Import

Click "Submit File"

Click the "I Accept & Continue to the Import Request Form" field.

Click "Next"

Click the I am "an Agent." field.

Click the "the United States." or "Canada" field.

Click the "Me. I want them assigned to me." field

Click the "Me. I own these leads." field

Click "Browse files"

Select the csv. file or drag and drop the csv. file that you just saved to your computer.

Click the option that say's "No. My notes are in my file"

Click the "My spreadsheet has a column indicating my preferred Lead Status for each contact" field.

Click the "Which column in the spreadsheet indicates the desired status?*" field.

Type "H"

Click the "Yes, the hashtags are in my spreadsheet." field.

Click the this field and type "C"

Click the checkbox next to "This is already a column in my spreadsheet" field.

In this field type "I"

Click the "No, do not add search alerts"

Click the "No, do not add market reports"

Click the "No, do not run any Smart Campaigns" field.

Click the "No, do not add valuations" field.

Click "Submit Import File for Processing"

Excellent Work! You're building a strong database. Your leads will begin to appear in you CRM within 48 hours.
