Click the workspace you'd like to add the external data source to

You can also use this workflow to add a data source that will be available to your entire organization, but in this case we want to add a drive just to this workspace

Click **Workspace drive**

Click the type of external data source you want to add

In this example, we'll use **Google Drive**

The exact configuration steps shown in the rest of this guide will vary depending on what type of drive you select

Type a name for the drive

In this example, we'll call it [[Google Drive with input documents]]

Click the Google account that owns the Google Drive

Let's make sure the Data source was added to the workspace

Click **Data sources**

There it is, ready to be used by apps in this workspace
