Access to the **Universal Proposal System (UPS)** requires single sign-on using ORCID credentials. If you do not have an ORCiD profile, visit the following link to set it up: [Register - ORCID](https://orcid.org/register).

Navigate to the [UPS website](https://ups.servicenowservices.com/ups).

To create your UPS account for the first time, click **LOG IN WITH ORCID**

Click **AUTHENTICATE** if two-factor authentication is enabled.

Tip! If you have not done so already, we encourage you to enable two-factor authentication on your ORCID account.

The first time you log into UPS, you must complete your Profile; navigate to your Profile by clicking your name in the top right of the page.

Click *Profile* from the drop-down below your name.

Fill in the required information and click **SAVE (⌘ + S).**
