Drag in the document you want to turn into a workflow automation. In this case, a Word doc.

Type the name of this workflow. Click "Save"

Wait a moment while Gavel Blueprint reviews your document for automation opportunities.

It's ready! This page shows your document and the suggested questions for the workflow you are creating. On the right, you can review the questions.

If you want to edit any of the suggestions, click here

You can change the question type, question, or reject a question.

When you're ready, click "Draft Workflow"

Now Blueprint is creating your workflow, a set of questions that have corresponding variables that go into your document.

It's ready! On the left, you can see the toolbar with all your questions. On the right you can see the questions and make any edits. We'll come back and edit later. Click "Document Templates" for now.

Here is your document template: the base for your automation. Blueprint has inserted the variables into this in the places it identified and you approved.

To test this first draft of you workflow, click "Run"

Fill in all the questions with dummy data. Click "Continue"

Voilà! Your first automated document is ready.
