Enter the guardian's name.

When first creating a family, the primary guardian is also being created.

In this middle section, indicate the intended visit frequency and assign a Site Fund Code if applicable.

Continue entering guardian demographic information.

Note that fields with a red asterisk are required.

In the Family Service Enrollment section, you'll indicate if the family is being enrolled in home visiting model services at the time you are creating the family.

In this tutorial, we'll put the family on the Waiting List and come back in another tutorial and enroll them into home visiting.

After creating the family, you'll be returned to the Family Home page.

Now let's add a child.

Click "Child" in the family members table.

In the Service Enrollment section, the child will be added to the family's current services which, in this case, is the Waiting List.

After creating the child, return to the "Family Home".

On the family home page, you can review and manage the family's current services.
