What if you have conditional text that is only sometimes relevant? I have some here:

You will need to add some logic. Go back to your Workflow to add a question. Click here to choose a Yes/No question.

Type the question and the variable name and then Add Question

Go back to your Word doc and click Refresh on the Word Add-In

Click here to refresh the Word Add-in so it can access that new variable.

Select the text you want to show conditionally based on the answer to that new variable.

I want to show this text when this question is answered YES, so I choose "yes."

You'll see the condition was inserted. This red text will only show if the married question is answered as "Yes."

Save your edits in the Word doc by clicking  "Select a document to replace"

Wahoo! You've added logic to your workflow and document! Rinse and repeat as much as you need!
