When "New Position" Window appears enter the Position Details i.e. Name, Quantity etc.

The "Model Description" does not appear on any printouts so can be used for internal referencing.

Ticking the "alternative" Tick box will produce a position purely for drawing purposes and won't be included within pricing documents.

Enter a description for the position where required.

Select the system "AluK Group 67CL32" from the list.

Select the required Lower Frame selection using the "Subsystem" dropdown.

Enter number of fields in Width (1) and Height (1). Click "OK".

Once both overall dimensions have been entered click "Apply"

Choose applicable door configuration (in this case XX 2 Pane Slider).

See possible configurations below from the manual:

For Triple Track configurations, you would need to select the "Free Configuration" option.

Select Drainage to be either "Visible" or "Invisible" for Bottom Frame and Transom.

Where visible drainage has been selected choose A2000 caps as an accessory.

Select "Frame Element" and select a colour from the AluK Range.

"BASE" Menu contains RAL9910HG, RAL7016M & RAL9005M options.

Please refer to the AluK Powder Paint Chart for further information regarding colour options.

Select "Sealing to Structure" where required.

The Sealing to Structure is only used to provide a labour rate. For Further Guidance, please refer to the Labour Hours Guide.

Choose Leaf Seal Option for vertical stiles "Brush" or "Gasket".

Please note that "Brush - Gasket" is required for LogiKal to provide a U-value Calculation.

Select "With" or "Without" for additional brush seal for interlock.

Select "Aluminium up to 120kg" or "Steel over 120kg" for track.

Most doors will be up to 120KG as standard, however you can check the weight on the hardware screen later in conjunction with the roller selection. Please ensure you return to the Position Properties and adjust the track if required.

Select "With" or "Without" for "Insulation Profile".

Please note that "With" Insulation Profile is required for LogiKal to provide a \
U-value Calculation.

Select "With" or "Without" for "Cover - Frame".

Select "With" or "Without" for condensation tray profile internal.

Select "With" or "Without" for drip bar profile external.

Select "With" or "Without" for V59145 Anti Lift Block.

When all options have been selected Click "OK".

Choose interlock profile based on reinforcement Ixx requirement then select 'OK'. You will need to do this for both the internal and external interlock profile.

All Ixx values below are listed as cm4.

Click "Wall Connection" if Cill or Frame Extender is required.

Select cill profile for bottom frame from right hand menu. Options include with or without infill piece.

When selecting Wall Connections for the Top of the Door i.e. Frame Add On Profiles. Click both Inside and Outside.

When selecting Wall Connections for the Top of the Door i.e. Frame Add On Profiles. Click both left and right menus.

This will allow selection of P8013 26mm Add On to each side individually.

On Glazing Screen Click "Filling" drop down menu and select "Insulating Glass Unit".

Select a unit from the Insulated Glass List.

Once Glazing has been selected Click "Apply"

Hardware will start with a selection option for the A1027 door stop.

See below details for A1027 door stop from Section 9.

There are a range of locking options to select from. \
The top group AluK Group Misc (PC) lists locks with cylinder locking. \
The bottom group AluK Group Misc (Without) does not.

Note: H03417 not to be selected for door leaf sizes under 2150mm.

Click "Next" once a lock has been selected.

Click on "H03401-403" to assign the keeps for this lock.

Select the Door Furniture Handle or Handle Set (Grip).

Select Handle or Grip colour from the List.

Choose Colour of H03901 Escutcheon Plate.

Repeat the previous Hardware steps for the second sash.

If you do not have the LogiKal CNC Functionality, please skip to the "Finish" section.

Click "Machining" if using Logikal to export file to a CNC. Follow next 6 steps.

Click on required profile to review machinings.

Double Click the profile that appears at the bottom of the screen.

Click "Display CAD" for accurate preparation measurements.

Click "SILVERANOD" when prompted for the track profile.
