Navigate to <https://aihub.instabase.com/> and log in

Click your username initials and then click **Settings**

To configure your account, first click on your username initials...

Managers and users of a workspace must already be members of the organization that workspace belongs to.

To add workspace managers, click the **Managers** field

Enter the new manager's email address, or click the box next to their name in the dropdown

Click the **Managers** field to complete the selection of the new manager

Repeat this process to add more managers

Close the dropdown by clicking away from both the **Managers** field and the dropdown

To add users to the workspace, click the **Users** field and repeat the same process you used for adding managers

When you're done adding managers and users, click **Add members**
