APHRC CoP - Navigation Manual

To begin, you will need to logged in. Click ***"SIGN IN".***

Click "LOG IN" if you already have an account. Choose to ***"Create new account"***

When logging in, we need to make sure you are the one logging in, so we send a verification link to your email. Head on to your inbox and click ***"Verify and Log In"***

Enter your credentials once again, and click '***Log In***'.

**Your Profile** Make your mark! For new users, don't forget to set up your profile after logging in. Let others know who you are! [[To do this:]] a) **Hover over/click on your avatar** on the right hand side of the navigation menu and click on ***‘PROFILE’***.

b) You will be navigated to your profile window, again click on your avatar and navigate to ‘***Profile Settings***’ Click your **profile *avatar.***

c) Fill all the necessary fields, add a **profile photo** and **cover image** using the options on the left sidebar and don’t forget to click ***‘Save Changes’*** when you are done

To join a community, Head over to the homepage, scroll to '**Our Communities**' section then click "**Join Group**" on a group of your choice.

Alternatively, on the navigation menu click "***GROUPS***" to access the communities.

To join in on community engagements, click on the community name.

Click ***"Join Group"*** if you haven't already.

To participate in a discussion. Either reply to an already existing topic or create a new topic for discussion. To do this: 1. Type in the **title** of your discussion, 2. Write the **message**. Use the options in ***Green*** to enrich your text Make sure to check "***[[Notify me of follow-up replies via email]]***" box if you want to be notified of any replies to your post.\ \ **Note: Use '@'mentions to mention someone in a conversation. Mentioned people will be notified by email.**

Click ***"Submit"*** to post your message

To access all the the forums in one place, navigate to the ***'Forums'*** directory.
