When a private offer is sent from Suger you will receive an email notification!
Go to that email and click "View Private Offer".
This will open a new window in AWS. \ \ \*Please note you are required to have admin access for the corresponding account to accept private offers. If you do not have access please connect with your IT department to accept the private offer.
In the top you will see the private offer in the list of dropdowns. When you open the offer the default will be the private offer agreed upon by you and the seller.
You will see a few important details about the service start, end date and when the private offer expires (when you can no longer accept the terms). If the offer does expire please connect with the seller to extend the expiration date.
At the bottom you will be required to select number of units.\ \ For most private offers, you will just add one unit but confirm with your seller. \ \ \*If you've already accepted the private offer and you didn't add enough units, the seller can easily upsell the offer for you.
On the right hand side, if it applies you're able to see the usage fees that could apply. If this is a flat commit this will not apply. If your contract has a usage component the customer will bill you for those usage dimensions in arrears.
    Click "Create contract".
You will then see the final details then click "Pay now".
Click "Set up your account" to redirect to the Sellers signup page or console. The redirect will depend on the sellers process. You will either see a signup page or will be redirected directly to the correct product instance.
In the event of you sign up for Suger all that is needed is to lick "Log In"
Select your preferred single sign on.
Then you will be dropped into the Suger product!
You will receive a confirmation email once the offer you've accepted the offer!
If you are a Suger customer, you can go to the offers tab and see all revenue details!
Select the private offer and see the updated status.
