Click on incoming delivery order notification to view the order.

In case you missed the notification, you can find it and see what it's all about in "Orders" view.

And from which delivery platform this order is coming from. 

See the "ready to be picked up" time that system estimates. If it's accurate, click "Confirm". 

If you need more time than that, add more time to the order, in this case 10 minutes. 

Click "Confirm" to confirm the expected new "ready to be picked up" time. 

Customer is notified that the order is accepted and ready by that time. You can close this window by clicking on "Close" button or simply wait 3 seconds for it to disappear automatically. 

If the food is ready, mark ✔ to the white circle or click on the "Mark all as done" button. 

We double check just to be sure that the order is ready to be picked up. 

If the order is ready to be picked up, click "Yes! it's ready" button.

Both courier and customer are notified that the order is ready to be picked up.
