Access Employee Compliance Summary and Exceptions - Sunrise

This guide will help you navigate Gracehill as a Manager. The Instructions below will assist in viewing your employee's compliance score, overdue and upcoming assignments, and generating reports for these metrics.

Navigate to [https://sunrisemanagement.sharepoint.com/SitePages/Home.aspx](https://sunrisemanagement.sharepoint.com/SitePages/Home.aspx)

Click "GraceHill (PerformanceHQ)"

Click "Log In via SSO"

Click "Administration"

Click "Employees"

Click the search bar and type in the name of the Employee whose dashboard you would like to view.

Click on the Employee after searching their name.

Here you can see key information such as their compliance score, access their current assignments which includes overdue and upcoming, as well as review their transcript for completed assignments.

Click "Assignments"

Overdue and upcoming courses.

Tip! You can also generate reports which will pull the compliance summary as well as overdue courses for your entire portfolio. The two reports you should utilize are the; **Employee Compliance Summary -** Provides a summary of the compliance percentage for every employee in your portfolio **Exceptions - Overdue Assignments -** Provides a list of employees within your portfolio, listing out any overdue assignments

Employee Compliance Summary

Click "Reporting" on the left drop down, then scroll down and click "Employee Compliance Summary".

All team members assigned to your portfolio will be included on this report. Filtering is not required. Reminder, team members are assigned to you based off their location in UKG. If you do not see a team member within your portfolio, contact [HR@sunrisemgmt.com](mailto:HR@sunrisemgmt.com). Columns include; Employee Name, Employee ID, Position, Location, and Compliance percentage.

Click on the "Compliance" column to sort the employees by ascending compliance score.

You can export this data into Excel by clicking on the "X" icon located at the top right. From Excel, you can further sort, filter, and manipulate your data based on your needs. Common examples include; - Filtering by employees not at 100% - Filtering employees below 70% - We should notify employees below 70% to work on their GraceHill - Filtering employees by property/location - Property/location is helpful to further distribute the data to the Community Manager of the property

Exceptions - Overdue Assignments

Click "Exceptions - Overdue Assignments"

This report will show all overdue assignments for your portfolio. Columns include; Employee Name, Employee ID, Position, Location/Property, Course Assignment that is overdue, and the number of days the assignment has been over due. Like the Employee Compliance Summary, this can be exported to Excel using the 'X' icon on the top right.

Additional assistance in navigating all the reporting features in Gracehill can be found under the Gracehill resource center. The reporting center does show the report title as well as a description of what data that report will generate. As Managers, the Employee Compliance Summary & the Exceptions - Overdue Assignments will be the most helpful report(s) to manage your team members.
