Access SharePoint OneDrive Files with Safari (Apple iMac/MacBook)

This guide helps you access OneDrive files in a Microsoft SharePoint on an Apple iMac or MacBook (MacOS) using the Safari browser

If you have been provided a web link for the SharePoint, click on the link to open the SharePoint Otherwise, you can go to the Microsoft 365 Portal <https://www.microsoft365.com/> and click on the 9 dots, then click on **SharePoint** Sign in with your Microsoft Business account if prompted.

On the SharePoint page, click on the SharePoint you want to open under Frequent sites

Click on **Documents** on the left menu and you will then be able to access all files in the SharePoint

If you have setup the OneDrive app and linked to your Microsoft Business account, then you can either click on **Sync** or **Add shortcut to OneDrive** which will then add the files to your MacOS computer.

Sync only works if you have setup the OneDrive app
