Accessing Saved and Shared Views

There are two places to access My Saved Views and Shared List Views. From the Main Menu, Click on the record you want to view a list for.

Select My Views to see your saved lists.

Pick your list to open it.

To access shared candidate list views from other colleagues, click Shared Views.

Select the saved list.

You can also access My Views and Shared Views from this drop down arrow.

Here you can click on the Shared View.
