From the Building Portfolio, Click "Portfolio Overview"

The Portfolio dashboard contains a number of information cards, showing a quick summary of the Fire Evac situation for the portfolio.

Click "View all" on a card to see a more details in table format, for example the Trial Evacuation status.

The table lists all buildings in the portfolio along with Trial Evac status of each building. Click on the evac report to open the latest document.

The portfolio summary tables can also be accessed from the menu on the left hand side. Click here for the Evacuation Plan Summary.

The Evacuation Plan summary table lists all buildings in the portfolio along with Evacuation Plan details of each building. Click on the 'current plans' to open the latest plan preview.

If the building has a plan for each floor, you can move through them by clicking the 'back' and 'next' buttons.

Click this button to close the plan preview.

The Remedial Task summary table lists all Fire Evac tasks in the portfolio, highlighting in red those that are overdue.
