Tip! Once an IQP has submitted their inspection documents and any defects, the building manager will receive an email notification detailing the results of the inspection. If the inspector added documents, these will also be attached to the email.

To access the documents and tasks, from the Building Dashboard, Click "Specified Systems".

The most recent documents for the 12A or S-RaD, and the Annual report will be available on the specified systems table.

The defects or remedial tasks submitted by the IQP are available in the remedial tasks column. Click on the column  to access.

The list of remedial tasks for the specified system are listed, the edit button can confirm the source of the task.

Check the 'Source' to confirm the origin of the remedial task.
