Click "Payments" to open the Sub Menu
Click "Accounts Payable"
Click "Expense Payments"
The Expense Payments Section provides you with any expense payments on file. Click on "All Categories" to filter out your list of payments
Click on "Date Range" to filter your search by date
Click on the Pencil "Edit" Icon to make changes to an existing expense payment
Here you can make the changes needed to the payment information on file
Click "Contractors" to view Contractors that need to be paid for their jobs
Click "Add Payment" to add a new payment or edit an existing Contractor payment
You can add a payment to an existing Contractor expense or create a new payment
Select the desired Work Order number and the payment method to complete this transaction
Click "Add New Contractor Payment" to add new payment for a Contractor
Fill out the required fields to add a new payment
Click "Payment History" to view previous payments made to Contractors
Click on "Contractor " and "Job Type" to filter your search by a specific Contractor or Job Type
Click on "Date Range" to filter your search by the desired date range
Click on the pencil "Edit" icon to edit an existing payment
Update your payment method as needed
Click on "Payment Details" to view details for the selected payment
You can Print or download a PDF of the payment details
Click on this icon to "Sync with Quickbooks"
Click "Products" to view Inventory and Non-Inventory product payments
Click "Add Payment" to add a new payment, view existing payments and make any adjustments needed
Click "Non-Inventory Payments" and "Inventory Payments" to filter Payments by product category
Click on this Icon to view "Non-Inventory Material Payment"
Click on this Icon to view "Inventory Material Payment"
Click "Non-Inventory Payment History"
Click on the "Date Range" to filter your search by date
Click here to edit an existing payment on file
Update your Payment Method here
Click "Freight Shipper" to view Freight Expense Payments
Click "Add New Freight Expense Payment" to create a new expense payment
Add a New Freight Expense Payment here
Click "Customers" to view payable expenses to customers
Click "Adjustment Refund" to view refund adjustments
Click "Add Payment" to add a new refund adjustment
Add a new Refund Adjustment to the Customer
Click "Payment Refund"
Click on Payment Status to filter your search by status type
Click on this Eye icon to view the Customer Payment
You can adjust the Customer Payment Here
Click here to Refund the payment
Adjust the refund for the payment here
Click "Payment History" to view all the payments made
Use the Date Range to filter your search as needed
Click "Referral" to view the referral payments
Click "Add Payment" to add a referral payment
Click "Add Payment"
Add a payment and adjust any required fields here
Click "Payment History" to view a list of all referral payments made
Adjust your filter to search for your desired payment
Click "Salesman" to add and view salesman payments
Click "Add Payment" to add a new salesman payment
Click "Add Payment" to add a new payment
Select from the list of Work Orders to make a salesman payment
Click "Payment History" to view all the salesman payments that have been made
Click here to view and Adjustments Applied to existing salesman payments
Click on "Salesman" to filter your search per salesman
Filter your date range here
Click here to make an edit to an existing salesman payment
Update your payment method here
Click here to view the payment details of the selected payment
View the payment details here
Click here to sync your selected payment with Quick Books
Click "Taxes" to view and make Tax related payments
Click "Tax Journal Reports" to view your Tax reports
Select the desired Work Order to create a Tax Journal for
Click "Tax Journal History" to view a history of Tax Journal's created
View your Tax Journal History here
Click here to make an edits needed to an exiting Tax Transaction
Click here to view your Tax Transaction
Click "Add Payment" to add a Tax payment
Click here to view and add Tax payments
Click "Add Payment" to add a Tax payment
View your Tax payment here
Click "Payment History" to view your Tax payment history
View your Tax Journal payment history here
