**If you are not using an email link -**

Select [[Actions]] then [[Actions List]] on the left nav menu

Use the table details and filters to identify the correct action

Use the actions icon (three dots) and select [[View Action]]

**Details Card**

Review the details on the first card for further information

**Response Card**

Use the comment input to describe the action taken or for any queries

Select the paperclip to attach files from your device or to access the camera

If work is ongoing then select the button to [[Update]]

If work is complete then select to [[Submit for Review]]

The response will save, staff will be notified, and the status will be updated
