Click on Campaigns to setup or enable an new SMS number.

Configure the fields shown in the image below.

Add add the users who want receive email notifications and toggle ON the SMS notification button to receive the SMS notifications. Click Done.

Create other configuration such as Ring - to Number, Call Actions.

Click Next after adding the Ring - to Number.

To Add Conversation Actions, click on "Plus" sign.

Enter the condition for sending out "Conversation Actions".

To get the SMS activated fully, you will need to download SMS registration forms from here and send to [telecom@convirza.com](mailto:telecom@convirza.com). Note that there are two forms. For Local Numbers (DID_Local_numbers_SMS_campaign_registration_form) and Toll-free (Toll_free_numbers_SMS_verification_form). More details to be found on the forms. You can find these forms on tracking number configuration page.
