Create directory field in the Crossware portal

Navigate to [Crossware Mail Signature](https://portal.crossware365.com/login)

Click the **Directory Attribute** text box

Enter the attribute name (e.g., **onPremisesExtensionAttributes:extensionAttribute10**) \

Click on the **Home/Signature configuration** page
