- If you're a new user of the Outlook app on Mac &gt; Skip to Step 5,\
  Otherwise;
- From Menu Bar select "**Tools"**, and then click **"Accounts..."**

1. Click **"+"** in the bottom left of Accounts  pop-up window.
2. Then click **"Add an Account..."**

Type in your Microsoft 365 I.D. '**username@OFFICE.latech.edu'** then click **"Continue."**

Enter your password (same as Workday), then click **"Sign in."**

Approve **"Duo Push"** and click **"Yes, this is my device."**

Click "**X"** to exit out of Accounts pop-up window.

Your Microsoft 365 email is now set up on Outlook for Mac.
