First make sure you have installed the Microsoft Authenticator app <https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.azure.authenticator&hl=en_AU>

Check you have installed the Microsoft Outlook app on your iPad or iPhone. Press on this link <https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.microsoft.office.outlook&hl=en_AU>on your Android device for the Microsoft Outlook app to install it if you haven't already.

Press **Outlook** app

Press **ADD ACCOUNT**

Press on the box with Enter your email

Type in your Microsoft account email address, then press **Continue**

Enter your password, then press **Sign in**

If you are redirected to Microsoft Authenticator to authenticate your account, do make sure you complete this process.

You have now successfully added your Microsoft email account, either press ADD if you want to add another Microsoft account or **Maybe Later** if this was the only account you wanted to add.

Press **TURN ON** to enable notifications

Press **Allow**

The Allow Outlook to send you notification message above is an example with a Google Pixel phone running Android 15, your phone could prompt you differently to allow notifications.
