Click the "Email" icon next to your required audit.

You will then have a free-text box to add your specified wording to your email. You also have the option to add media, images, links etc.

Choose the "date" from the calendar dropdown on which your email should be sent (email is sent early AM on the date chosen)

You can choose to only send the scheduled emails to those organisations who have not yet submitted their audit

Click "add notification" to save your scheduled email.
