Click in search bar and search "New Hire"

Enter the employee's social security number

Select the employee's applicable position

Select the employee's applicable employment status

Select the employee's applicable employment type

Select the employee's applicable pay group

Select the employee's applicable pay method and pay rate

The employee will receive a link to their personal email to complete their portion of the onboarding.
