Click "Add New Trust" NOTE: As many trusts can be added as needed per loan scenario. 

Click the "Name" field to add the name of the trust 

Click the "Established State" field and enter the established state.

Click "+ Add Trustee" to choose from the list of borrowers. 

In this example "Sample User" is the borrower on the file. 

Click "Signature Line" to enter specific verbiage for the signature line on the docs *if required.*

Click "Security Instrument Signature Line" and add specific verbiage for the security instrument *if required.*

**IT IS REQUIRED TO LABEL EACH BORROWER A TRUSTEE IN THE VESTING SECTION OF THE PERSONAL INFORMATION TO PASS TO THE DOC VENDORS PROPERLY.**

Click "Edit" on the personal information section.
