To add a new patient to endo.digital platform, open the patient's encounter in the EMR. Click "DreaMed endo.digital" tab/button. Confirm the patient's details. The information in the form is auto-populated from the patient's EMR record. Enter any missing information, if available.

Choose which type of insulin delivery the patient requires, pump or injections. Click the toggle button for the proper choice. It will turn blue. \*If the patient is not on insulin, choose "Injections" in the toggle button.

Click the blue "Add Patient" button. Great, the patient is now added to endo.digital.
