Click on "CONFIGURE ALERTS" in the top left corner.

Click on "Add Alert" located in the top right corner to create a new alert.

Choose the type of alert you wish to create.

Click on the dropdown arrow next to the data point to select the appropriate one for the alert.

Click on the dropdown arrow next to the comparator to set the appropriate one for the alert.

In the "Value" field, enter the appropriate value for the alert.

Select the data categories for which you want to configure the alert. You can choose from assets, fleets, types, or groups.

Tick the checkbox next to "Enable Alert" to activate it.

Alert! If you do not check the checkbox next to "Enable Alert," it won't be activated even after saving the settings. Enabling the alert is necessary to receive notifications for the configured conditions.

In the email field, enter the email address(es) to which you want the alert to be sent. You can add multiple email addresses, separating them with commas. For example: [support@singlesource.com.au](mailto:support@singlesource.com.au), [info@singlesource.com.au](mailto:info@singlesource.com.au)

Specify the desired delay in minutes between when an alert is triggered and when the alert email is sent. The delay represents the number of minutes before another Alert is generated and an email is sent. If you set the value to 0, an email will be sent immediately each time an alert is triggered, resulting in frequent emails, especially if conditions are met frequently, like a temperature sensor bouncing between 15 and 14.9 degrees every 2 seconds. However, if you choose a value greater than 0, such as 10 minutes, the alert email will be sent as soon as the alert condition is met for the first time and then remain inactive for 10 minutes before it checks for the same condition again. This helps to reduce spam and ensures that you only receive alerts at the desired frequency.

Click on "Save" located in the bottom right corner to save the alert.
