Add a new patient

Hyggio

When you're logged in to Hyggio, click "Patients" in the left side menu

Click "Add patient"

Enter patient's informations: first name, last name, date of birth, sex and contact

Click "Save"

Patient is added. Now, you can click "Open profile" to see patient's profile

By clicking pencil icon, you can edit patient's information

Click the "e.g. John" field.

Each time a new patient is added to the system, there's a check of potential duplicates performed. It's based on: first name, last name, birth date, contact data.

If system finds a potential duplicate, you'll see a list on the screen with. If you see that a patient that you're adding to the system is already there, you can click "Cancel" and a new patient won't be added. If the patient you're adding is not a duplicate of any existing patients, click "Save" to add patient to the system
