In your computer's File Explorer, combine the shapefile components into a compressed (zipped) folder, making sure that you have included, at least, the .shp, .dbf, .shx, and .prj filetype components.

First, select the shapefile components.

Right-click the file selection and select "Send to".

This will expand the "Send to" options. Choose "Compressed (zipped) folder"

This will create a compressed zipped folder containing your data.

Log into your Land id account to access the "Saved Maps" dashboard.

If you are adding your shapefile to an existing map, click "+ Add From GIS File" option next to the map you wish to incorporate the data into.

If you are creating a new map with your imported data, click the "Import Geographic Info" on your "Saved Maps" dashboard.

Drag and drop your zipped folder into the "Import a GIS File" pop-up window.

In the next pop-up window, you have the option to change the map name if desired. Additionally, you can choose to not import fields in your shapefile table that you do not need by unchecking the field names in the "Polygon Attributes" section of the pop-up.

This will bring up the "Styling" pop-up where you can choose the symbology that best fits your map/data using the drop-down menu.

Click the "Import" button. This will import the data and open the map to which you have added your shapefile.
