Add an Existing Field to the Search Index

Navigate to https://your_imagen_domain/
Click "Log in"
Enter your 'Admin' user credentials and click 'Log In'
As you have an Admin account, you will have access to the Admin Interface. Click "Admin" on the left-hand side of the page.
Click "Services"
Click "Imagen" to load the 'Imagen system services' drop-down
Click "Management", as we wish to manage settings within Imagen
Click "MediaControlCentre" to load the Imagen 'Media Control Centre' admin Interface
Click "Databases" to load your record schema
Click "Edit" to load your schema - notice that your Imagen Search Index should show as 'Started'
Click "Fields" to edit the fields in this schema
Find your required field and click "Edit"
Click "Add field to the search index"
Click "Searchable"
Click "Save"
