Go to the created OU Blog by clicking on it's name in the course.

Blog title can be entered optionally, but the "Message" field should contain information -  blog post.

Choose whether you will allow comments on this blog entry.

If you wish to add attachments, click the add button to select files.

Click "Add post" to post your blog entry.

Once the blog post is posted, you can select to "Edit", "Delete" the post or "Add your comment" to it.

There are many emerging technologies in the field of renewable energy, but here are a few examples:

Floating Solar: This technology involves installing solar panels on bodies of water, such as lakes or reservoirs. This approach can be particularly useful in areas with limited available land for solar installations.

Wave Energy: This technology harnesses the power of ocean waves to generate electricity. Devices such as buoys, pontoons, or oscillating water columns are used to convert the kinetic energy of waves into electrical power.

Geothermal Energy: This renewable energy source involves tapping into the natural heat of the earth to generate electricity. Geothermal power plants can be built in areas with hot springs, geysers, or volcanoes.

Hydrogen Fuel Cells: This technology uses hydrogen gas as a fuel to generate electricity. Fuel cells have the potential to power cars, trucks, and other vehicles with zero emissions, making them an attractive alternative to traditional combustion engines.

Algae Biofuels: This renewable energy source involves using algae to produce biofuels such as biodiesel or bioethanol. Algae can be grown in ponds or tanks and can be a sustainable and environmentally friendly source of fuel.

These are just a few examples of emerging technologies in the field of renewable energy, and there are many other promising approaches being developed and researched as well.
