Log into the Administration Portal and you will land on the "Accounts & Projects" page.

Select "Add account" to create a new Account.

Add a "Name" and "Code" for your new account.

Start typing the name of the Client you would like to link this account to.

A list of Client names will display on the drop-down field.

Locate and select the Client name which this account will sit under.

The Client name will display on the field, once selected. 

Here you can toggle whether or not the account is active. For new accounts, you will likely want them in an active state.

Toggle on to activate automatically sending a participant notification email when reports are released. You will need the appropriate email template to be populated for this to work as expected.

This toggle determines whether participants should automatically be given access to the report on completion, either via email or their homepage.

If reports are automatically released, this field enables you to set a delay.

Enter the number of hours after the participant has completed their activity/activities when the report(s) should be sent.

Click on the "Save" button.

A validation message will display "Success: Your account was created".

Use the breadcrumbs at the top of the page to navigate to your new Account.

Click on the "Settings" tab and then "Edit Account".

This is where you can make changes to the Account.

For example, select which default language should apply to the Account if different from that of the Client.

Click the "Update" button to save any changes.

From your Account, click "Settings" then "Email Templates" to add email notification templates or override any that exist at the Client level.

There are multiple email notification templates that you can create based on your use case. These are detailed in the Email Notification Templates section.

To change the Account branding, click "Branding" in the Settings.

You can set the General branding: This will influence the candidate experience. You can also set the Reporting branding, which only affects reports.

General branding

By default, the branding set at Client-level will be inherited.

If you want to set a different branding for this Account, select "set Account branding".

Type in the hex codes or click on the coloured square to open a colour picker.

Use the breadcrumbs at the top of the page to navigate back to your Account.

Click "Settings" then "Associations" to manage and configure permitted associations.

This is where you can see any associations which exist within your Account. Currently this is limited to Competency Profiles. 

Please refer to the Competency Profiles section for more information on this.

Select "Settings" then "Usage" to get a usage extract for the Account.

Select the time period which you want the usage extract to cover.

You can select to generate the extract at either the Sub-account or Project level. Choose which you require.

Click "Generate" and the report fill be emailed to you.

Finally, if you do have any sub-accounts in your account, you can move them by going to "Settings" then "Move Sub-account".
