Click this + button within the create tab of your builder.

Click on the question type you'd like to add.

Click the "Type your question here" field in order to type your question.

To add another question, click + button again.

Click on the question type of your choice, in this case it's multiple choice.

Add option's to your question by clicking "Add Option" button.

Add your option's in this field, to add another option click Add Option again.

If you have a list of options, upload them by clicking "Bulk Add" button.

Randomize your options by clicking this box.

If you'd like to exclude options from randomization, select this field.

Click the "Exclude from randomization" field and select the option you'd like to exclude.

To delete a question, click on the three dots and then click Delete.

To duplicate a question Click "Duplicate" after clicking the three dots.
