In the page editor, select the component (e.g., table component or list component) where you want to add the action link.

In the component configuration panel on the left, click on the "Links" section.

Click on "Action Link" to create a new action link.

Click on the new action link column to begin editing the action link.

Go to the "Action Rule" tab in the column/field configuration window.

Click on the "Add Action Rule" button to create a new action rule.
