Navigate to [https://access.paylocity.com](https://login.paylocity.com/Escher/Escher_WebUI/employeeselfservice/home/index?area=employees&view=EmployeePortal&HelpPageQueryString=View)

Click the "Company ID" field and enter MMS Company ID for Paylocity.

If you need the Company ID, please contact communications@mmsteam.com

Click the "Password" field and enter your MMS EMAIL PASSWORD\
Click SIGN IN

\*IF YOU HAVE AUTHENTICATOR or an Authentication Method (text code) follow the prompts

Click the "Password" field and enter your MMS EMAIL PASSWORD

If you are on a private computer (home or work) then you may select YES.  If you are using a SHARED or public computer, select NO.

ADDING ADDITIONAL DEPOSIT ACCOUNT FROM THE SELF-SERVICE PORTAL

Navigate to the PAY SECTION of the Self-Service Portal

Click arrow next to DIRECT DEPOSIT ACCOUNTS

Paylocity will open a new window - you will need to verify your identity

Click this dropdown, select ADD NEW DIRECT DEPOSIT ACCOUNT

Checking - CITIZENS EQUITY FIRST CU [0107597080]

Click checkbox to mark this as an ADDITIONAL DEPOSIT ACCOUNT

ADDING ADDITIONAL DEPOSIT ACCOUNT USING EMPLOYEE RECORD

Scroll down and Click "Add Additional Account"

Select Add New Direct Deposit Account From the dropdown.

Click this checkbox to verify this is an ADDITIONAL ACCOUNT

SELECT AMOUNT TYPE (PERCENTAGE OR FLAT AMOUNT)

Do you want this account used for special payments (e.g. BONUS CHECKS) select YES OR NO.
