On Sova's administration portal, navigate to the Project you want to edit.

Here you can add content to the Participant Journey. Content sits within content "hotspots". Select the + icon to add a new hotspot.

An assessment hotspot enables a participant to take an assessment.

Name the hotspot and add a button caption.

Select the assessment from the options available.

Select the section of the assessment you wish to appear within the hotspot. In many cases there will only be one relevant option: Assessment content. Once selected, choose "Save".

For blended assessments, you may have several relevant options relating to different types of assessment content (e.g. personality section, numerical section, logical section, and so on). In these cases you will need an assessment hotspot for each assessment section.

As always, in the Advanced Settings, you can make the hotspot depended on the participant completing another hotspot first.

You can also hide the hotspot until the participant can start the assessment.

Note in each hotspot's "Advanced Settings", you can make access to the hotspot dependent on the completion of another hotspot. Hotspots that cannot be accessed will appear but in a read-only state.

You can further choose to hide a hotspot until dependent hotspots have been completed, or (if a scheduled Assessment Centre exercise hotspot) until the hotspot's scheduled start time.

Finally, "Save" your Assessment hotspot to add it to your participant journey.

An assessment hotspot enables a participant to take an assessment centre exercise.

These hotspots allow participants to access the scheduled assessment centre exercises as defined in the project's Schedule tab. Each exercise appearing in the assessment centre schedule must have a related Exercise hotspot in the participant journey.

Note in each hotspot's "Advanced Settings", you can make access to the hotspot dependent on the completion of another hotspot. Hotspots that cannot be accessed will appear but in a read-only state.

You can further choose to hide the hotspot until the hotspot's scheduled start time.

Finally, "Save" your Exercise hotspot to add it to your participant journey.
