To the right of every observation tool, you will find the "Goals and Attachments" panel. Clicking on the bar will open the panel for use.

Click the "Add" button to add common file types to your observation.

Select "Choose File" to get a locate a file on your device, select and "Upload".

Attachments will be listed allowing you to quickly view, download, or remove them from the observation.

When you are ready to send the observation to the educator, click over to the preview/send screen and you will find the option to include attachments in your email.
