Under Butler Settings, click the butler link. This is the link you can share with your Volunteers for the night of your event.

Type in a bidder name or number under Add a Bid/Multi-Sale and select the bidder from the dropdown.

If you are requiring Credit Cards, this message will pop up to warn you that the bidder does not have a card on file.

Type in the Donation name or Number and select it from the dropdown.

A new field will appear allowing you to type in any amount the donor wants to give.

Find the Silent item a bidder wants to bid on

Click the Choose an Amount dropdown and select the amount the bidder wants to bid for the item.

The next pop up allows you to choose "Set as Max Bid". If you choose this settings, the software will bid for this bidder until the max amount has been met. Then they will receive an outbid text message.

Type in the item name or number and select it from the dropdown.

A new field will appear showing you a list of available selections for this item. Select how many raffle tickets the bidder wants to purchase.

Selling the same Live item multiple times? You only need one Live item in ClickBid and it can be sold this way to multiple winners. Each bid placed on this item can be checked out by the bidder.
