Navigate to [https://app.tallbob.com/contacts](https://app.tallbob.com/contacts)

Click on the 'Drop File Here or Click to Upload Button' and select your file. Alternatively, you can drag and drop the file that needs to be imported.

Please ensure that there are no hidden rows in the excel file that you would want to upload. If the excel file has hidden rows, those rows get unhidden during the import process.

Please ensure that the excel file you are trying to upload doesn't have any filters set

Match any data rows you wish to import to the correct data label. \

The application auto-matches the data rows based on the Header column.

Click on the list dropdown menu to either "Create New List" or add your contacts to an existing list. \

If your contact numbers are not in full international format e.g. 614xxxxxxxxx, please ensure you select the relevant country code prefix e.g. (+61 Australia) to apply.\

Once the necessary actions are performed, click 'Upload' to complete the upload process.
