Add custom fields from More --&gt; Customize --&gt; Custom Fields --&gt; Work Orders

Enter details of the custom field and select the option "Show this field in Work Request."

Alert! If the option "Show this field in Work Request" is not selected, the custom field won't appear in work requests. Once completed, the custom field will be visible in your work requests.

Now open any Work Request in the Work Order module

A new custom field has been added to the work request, as shown here.
