Navigate to your EZO CMMS dashboard **→** More **→** Customize **→** Printout Templates.

On the Printout Templates page, click "Work Order" and then "Add Print Label Template."

Add the name to your Work Order Template. In this case, we have added "Work Order Cost" as the name of the template.

Click the three-dot icon on the "Attach Images" section to customize its settings.

Check "Show section" and "Insert page break before this section" and then click "Done."

Select "Work Order Cost" as your default work order template.

Navigate to the Maintenance module from the main menu and select Work Orders.** Click on the desired work order to add images. For this example, we have chosen "Repair Coffee Machine."

On the work order page, scroll down to the Comments & Files section, select "Files", and upload images to your work order.

Click on the three-dot icon on the Work Order page and then select "Print Work Order."

Select your work order printout template. In this case, we select "Work Order Cost."

Now, attach images and then download your printout template.

Select the images you want to attach to your printout template. You can also add descriptions to your images. Once attached, click "Proceed" to download your printout template in the PDF format.
