Select the table where you would like to add an item

Navigate through the menu to select and add the items for the guest

Add any special requests to the "Note" section

When you have added all of the items, select done editing

Review entered order and click "SEND PENDING TO KITCHEN" to send the order to the kitchen

All done! The kitchen will now get the order, and all items manually entered will appear on the guest's tab

Adding items to an active order is great for when a guest thinks of something after they have placed their order via their device. This allows you to add items on to their tab for them, leading to a seamless guest experience.
