Getting Started

After logging into Wetu, select the 'Itinerary Builder' under Trip solutions on the navigation panel.
This will open up the Itinerary Browser where you are able to choose to either create a new itinerary or edit an existing itinerary.

Accommodation

To add a Mobile Safari to your itinerary, you will need to be in the Accommodation Step of building your itinerary.
By selecting the blue ‘Accommodation’ button, a new accommodation setup screen will open up. Here you are able to search for the Mobile Safari provider that you want to send your clients on. Notice as you type in the name of the Mobile Safari, Wetu will predict different properties/accommodations with what you are typing. Select the desired Mobile Safari from the list.
Next, you can configure some additional details for this Mobile Safari: **Room Details** \ By selecting ‘Room Details’, you can configure the room/tent type you want your guests to stay in. **Basis** \ Select the required meal basis from the drop-down menu you are including for your guest during their trip.  **Drinks**\ Select from the drop-down menu whether or not drinks will be included in the tour. **Day Grouping**\ Here you are able to group how the days in the planner stage and in the digital output should be displayed (grouping by destination would be recommended as your guests will be staying at each site for a prolonged stay).

Adding Stops / Overnight Accommodation

With many Mobile Safaris, there will be a number of stops for day excursions or to set up camp to overnight. You are able to add these stops to the Mobile Safari accommodation. It is recommended that you add the stops for the Mobile Safari in the Accommodation Step so that the routing in the map will display correctly on the Digital and Virtual outputs.
Once you have added the stops, you can proceed to add the additional details for each of the stops. **Camp**\ By selecting the 'Night Time' icon (moon symbol), you will be able to select the desired camp from the list provided where you would like your travellers to camp for the night.
**Note:** When adding in the campsites/lodges where your travellers will be staying over, you will be able to indicate the 'Number of Nights' and the 'Destination' that they will be spending at the specified campsite/lodge.
**Stop**\ By selecting the 'Day Time' icon (sun symbol), you are able to add in all the stops that your travellers would need to stop at during the trip. To add the stop, you would need to search for the specific stop by clicking in the 'Select a Stop' field and typing in the name of the stop and then proceed by selecting it from the provided list.
**Note:** Once you have added a stop, you will notice that the Itinerary Builder will indicate on which day the stop occurs.
**Wetu Suggest:** We recommend that you build the entire Mobile Safari route in the Accommodation Step by adding the all the day stops and camps, as in the Route Builder, you will only be able to update the method of transport.

Route Builder

Once you tab over to the Route Builder Step, you will see that points for all the stops and camps have automatically been added to the map.\ \ Now that the all the stops and camps have been added, you would need to select the mode of transport between the stops and camps, by clicking on the drop-down menu and selecting the desired mode of transport.

How the Mobile Safari will be Displayed on the Itinerary

On the Classic Itinerary, you will notice that all the day stops and overnight camps are clearly indicated on the 'Overview' tab of the Itinerary.
On the Discovery Itinerary, you will notice that all the day stops and overnight camps are clearly indicated in the Trip Summary section of the itinerary.
On the Virtual Itinerary, you will see the details for the Mobile Safari on the navigation panel down the left side.
