Click "Edit" on the event you wish to add occurrences to.

**Location:** Choose from the dropdown list

**Payment Groups:** choose the payment group from the drop-down list *(this may not be applicable to all LMS)*

Populate your **Places, Places Left** & **Reserved fields** as required. You can also add **Trainer** name here

**Website Published Date:** If you're bulk-adding courses at the beginning of your training year, you may not want them all to be bookable straight away. Choose when your occurrence becomes bookable on the LMS from the calendar dropdown

Add your **Dates, Times and Online Meeting Links** as required. If your occurrence is running over multiple days, click the green "+" to add the additional dates and times

**Online meeting links can be added at a later dater if they have not yet been setup**

Multiple new occurrences can be added in one go following the steps above before continuing to the next step
