The Event Reminders feature allows you to set up automatic reminders at pre-set intervals before an event is due to take place. Choose the number of days, weeks, months or years prior to the event that you wish to set the reminder for and Hop will set the task to remind you on the day in question.

Click the "Subject" field and enter in the subject/title for the reminder.

Click the "Event Type" field this relates too.

Select the option from the drop down of when they would like the reminder to set, days/weeks/months/years in advance you want it to be set for.

Click the "Notes" field, and add some notes

Click "Save", once you press save, a task will automatically be created for the appropriate timeframe, you can find these by heading to Tasks &gt; Manage and use the search box.
