We'll first need to build our flow. We'll click "Select..." to specify where we want our flow to focus.

We want to focus on the not handled intent in this example, so we'll click "Intent" from the where dropdown.

To add steps before the intent, either type in a number or click the arrows in the box.

To add steps after the intent, either type in a number or click the arrows in the box.

In this example we'll create a flow with "2 Steps Before, 0 Steps After" to see what lead to Not Hanlded.

To remove a step, select the table at the section at the top of each step. Click "- Remove Step"
