Using the fields at the top, you can search for specific users or filter/sort those you already have access to.

From here, enter the first name, last name and email address of your new user..

Select the desired language for the new user from the dropdown.

Start typing which "Default client" your user will belong to and a dropdown list will appear. Select the default client which you wish to associate.

This page is where you add the level of access for your new user. You can select a client only, to provide Client level access, or add an Account for account level access or a Project if only project level access. For each required field, start typing the relevant title and then select from the dropdown.

You can now select the available roles for your user. Remember to select all that apply - the list of roles and associated permissions is provided. Note, always remember to select the appropriate admin level, i.e. Project, Account or Client Admin.

To complete the set up, click on "Notification".

From here you can send a welcome email to your new user.

Review the details which are displayed, edit as required and then click "Save". 

Note that wildcards are available for inclusion in the email and these are listed below the 'body' field.

Alternatively, if you are adding multiple users at once, you can import them by clicking "Import users".

Complete the file with the users' details: first names, last names, email addresses etc. It is recommended that the Username be the user's email address where possible.

Upload the file and then add the default client. as before, start typing the client name to then select from the dropdown.

You can also force a password reset for users already within the platform by selecting the checkbox below.

Once all fields are completed, select "Next". Then complete steps 9-14 above to complete the import of your new users.

Finally, you can edit and 'deactivate' users under the Actions column to the right.
